Have signed another player, who has made a 147 break at snooker, and regularly makes 70 and above!

Mike Leavens told me he had signed him, and that he was as good as Sheppy boy!!

Once he was approached by the SHARKS, he signed immediately.Cool

Although Mike then barred him!! Grin

So quite happy with the squad in the end.Wink

In the same way that you can now check up and find out if there's a peado living in your area, isn't it about time there was a Poachers Register listing the worst offenders and stating where they operate. Then impressionable young unregistered or even registered players could be forewarned of which seedy characters to avoid especially in the Barking Pool Club area.

And spare a thought for poor old Mattie, that's one place further down the pecking order for him, cos we know Greatwhite likes to put these new superstar signings straight into the starting lineup as 'holiday cover' while his regulars go on holiday to table 8 or 9 for a night.

Think I saw the lad in question up the club practicing with his then new team mates the Fokkers, and thinking what a good signing for both the team and the kid himself allowing him to ease his way into a Pool playing league with no great pressure, and a full season to aclimatise before the sharks started circling.

I take it that the Zeds will have his signature on their sheet, this time next year!Grin

And he will be sponsored by some other team wanting his services for a pool season!!Shock

Ian Alley lost in the S/F to Simon Ward in the Reading £50 a man comp last Sunday. A very tidy match player!.. but as we all know ole epa single framers are a different story!
