Would be nice to have the tables updated as soon as possible after the last day of the month, that way we can all see who's getting behind. |

Serial offenders at the moment are :-
Division 1 - Jordan Shepherd
Division 2 - Keiran Hawkins and Joe Smart
Division 3 - Tony Hawkins
I haven't included Chris Freeman, as we all know why he is not playing at the moment. There are a few scores to be added from the weekend, so between me n Jenny they will be put on and tables updated by weds this week.

This is getting silly now. If you enter a Singles league you're entitled to expect the results tables etc to be updated on a regular basis.
Mattie, if you are not able to do that, for whatever reason, for God's sake hand it over to someone who can. Stick all the result cards in an envelope and send them to me, give me the password for the site and I'll do it.
If you don't want to use a stamp, give the envelope to Micky Fernandez he's in the club 2 or 3 times a week and he'd willingly do it.
NB I'm up the club tonight playing Tony Hawkins, give me all the cards and I'll have the tables updated by tomorrow, I've got the 20 mins or so that it'll take spare tomorrow. |

As Alan and I have now had words, it is officially down to Dommie to put the results on the site. She will do so at some stage over the weekend so can include all matches that are currently being played.
You can view all stats on Monday.

Quick Jen, get dem stats updated, I beat Tony Hawkins 9-6 tonight and there's a chance I might be top until Phil plays his next game unless Scott's played and won his. Its not often I'm top of anything so please update soon, so I can see my name up there in lights, if only temporarily. |

My other game this month is against Dommie and we have not scheduled that game yet so it appears the game of leap frog continues and CaptZed rises to the top just like that last piece of turd you find difficult to flush!

I prefer the analogy of 'cream rising to the top' Yoda, well at least I do until you enevitably overtake me when you play your next game.
With the tables at last updated its clear that some players are just taking the piss. Excluding games involving Chris Freeman there are still plenty from January and even December still unplayed.
Some no doubt are just from laziness & lethargy, but others are definately tactics, save your games up, wait till the opponants are out of contention to finish in the money, then get them played in a rush.
Can we have a list of players who've been fined and more importantly a list of those who've paid their fines, please? Thank you. |

Matt sent me an e.mail 2 days ago with the updated tables, but he'd put the wrong attachment, i got sent the match sheets and not the table, i replied and told him but have heard nothing else. |

I have just sent Dutchy the league tables, so they should appear on the site sometime today.
The tables will be ammended again today, and re-emailed to dutchy later on, so they will change again.

IN our defence Terry, it is actually running fairly smoothly. The tables are updated as often as Jenny can do them, but certain people that come on hre want them done after every game they play, which is a little unfair and unrealistic, as there is an awful lot more to worry about than just the singles league. The games that are outstanding are being chased regularly, but it relies on people answering their phones when we call, which doesn't always happen. I really wish people would air their grievances to either myself or Jenny in person, rather than coming on this site and constantly bitching about it - cos all it does is give us bad press, which we could honestly do without, as it's putting prespective players like yourself off the idea.

Kieran Hawkins £5
No fines received as yet.
Alan Pointer £100 for being a total nuisance and taking up my day answering stupid questions. . .

Even though it takes you a whole day to answer a simple question, here's another one.
It says on Fixture list.com that this league started on 1st Dec 2009, and will finish on 1st Sept 2010
I presume that's to allow Scott a couple of months after the rest of us have finished to play his unplayed games at his leisure. |
